Bourbon Peach Galette

This is a simple and delicious recipe. When you happen to wield some dough and slice the peaches, you will be on a halfway to complete!
Servings: 8 Cook time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
Crust:
• ¼ c. bourbon
• ½ c. butter, chilled and cubed
• 1 ½ c. all-purpose flour
• 1 pinch salt
Filling:
• ¼ c. light brown sugar
• 1 ½ lb. peaches, pitted and sliced
• 1 pinch cinnamon powder
• 2 tbsp. bourbon
• 2 tbsp. cornstarch
Instructions:
1. First, to make the crust, combine the flour and butter in a food processor and pulse until grainy. Put in the remaining ingredients and pulse until well blended.
2. Transfer the dough to a floured working surface and roll it into a thin sheet, shaping it into a round.
3. Mix the peaches, bourbon, cornstarch, sugar, and cinnamon in a container.
4. Move the filling onto the dough, mainly the center.
5. Cover the edges of the mixture over the filling, leaving the center exposed.
6. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about half an hour or until a golden-brown color is achieved and crunchy.
7. Let cool in the pan before you serve.
